Suppuration

Calcarea sulphurica (Calcium sulphate) tissue salt may be useful for discharges that may occur anywhere on the body with the discharge being thick, yellow and pus-like.

Bad acne where there is a lot of large, pus filled pimples that may leave scaring.

Skin wounds that do not heal, form abscesses or turn into an ulcer.

The skin may also be dry and scaly. It may be useful for treating dandruff and other scaling scalp conditions that possibly result in alopecia.

Conjunctivitis with thick yellow discharge.

Recurrent otitis media (ear infections) where the ear is full of thick pus.

Tonsillitis with pus on the tonsils and swollen glands.

Thick white leucorrhoea in women.

Fistulas with this characteristic discharge.

On the mental sphere, the discontent is much worse than is seen with Calc phos. They may become quite malicious and it is a good remedy to try with sibling rivalry. They complain that they are not valued by others. Generally the discontent is reduced when there is a discharge and becomes worse if the discharge is blocked.
